I am a Navy wife and Mommy and I can almost always be found with a camera in my hand. I have loved photography for as long as I can remember. I believe photographs tell a story of how life is lived and it's these precious moments you want to capture forever and pass down to the generations.
I specialize in familiy, children, newborn, maternity, senior, bridal/engagement, and wedding photography. I believe the most beautiful photos are taken in natural light settings, which is why most of my sessions are shot on-location. Pick your favorite park, downtown area, beach or even your own backyard and we'll have a beautiful backdrop. Newborn sessions are done in the comfort of your home.
I want everyone to be able to have access to beautiful photos and I have set my prices with this in mind. Every session includes your photos on CD with full copyright. This gives you the ability to upload the images to your favorite online sites and photo sharing venues. Please keep in mind however, budget and online photo labs do not necessarily offer quality prints and you may not be happy with the results. I offer affordable printing by a lab only professional photographers can use and I highly recommend this option.
Part of the reason I started my photography business is to honor my son's memory. Our first-born, Matthew Phillip was born at 28 weeks on January 6, 2009 and went to heaven 5 days later.
** Ten percent of all monies from photography sessions will be donated to "Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep," where I volunteer as Photographer's Assistant, in Matthew's memory.
